      Great Cofee Brewing!

      The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of adjustable base on the single serve for different sized cups or mugs. It is a tiny bit messy when Brewing shorter cups but nothing worth worrying about. The single cup side brews quickly and is near identical to the Keurig. The 12 cup side is great for company and brews quickly. It also has an alarm or reminder telling you when your coffee is done. It also has a button that allows you to choose brewing temperature and strength. The pot warmer works great and keeps the coffee warm as long as you like. It also has a light that let's you know when it needs a cleaning. If you have hard water you'll need to clean it more frequently. It does come with two carbon filters, one for each reservoir, that are removable. This Brewing system can be programmed ...

      Going to check out a Ham Beach to see if its the same

      Its a great idea to remove the one item off the counter and combine it into two. However, the pod side does not brew full cups all the time like my name brand pod coffee maker. It is erratic. The lid of the coffee pot is not hinged and you must pop it off in order to fill it with water. It is also difficult to pour the water into the maker without either spilling it into the paper area or trying to empty all the water out of the pot. I know nothing is perfect but I thought Cuisinart engineers did their homework before producing this product. Overall a good product but those little annoyances are big in the coffee world.

      Different from the coffee maker alone

      I wasn’t sure what to expect. It works well but the reservoir for the coffee maker has small opening to put water in. The single use works great. The only issues I have are, you can’t shut off the beeping when coffee is ready and there is side off and on button I’m not sure if I keep it on or off.

      It works and looks good but...

      Pro: make a pot or a single cup clock and program are fairly straight forward has a modern look Con: making sure the carafe is set right otherwise the auto filter cut off well be activated and overflow the filter. the clean light goes off every brew cycle, pouring a glass of water in and running the clean cycle turns it off

      New performance at half price.

      It’s indistinguishable from new. Works well, the single-serve basket is larger than a keurig , so it actually brews a decent cup of coffee. The reservoir is a nice touch.
