I needed a compact, long-lasting backup phone as an emergency phone. This fits the bill. Very good quality and has a very sharp screen. This unit also connects to WiFi and permits WiFi calling as well as software upgrades, web surfing, and the usual apps that require an internet connection. Of course, this is not Android or iOS. Apps therefore are limited. Sound quality is excellent as is the battery standby duration. Easily rechargeable with a USB-C cord. The unit is a bit thicker and larger than I expected but it is perfectly acceptable and easily slides into one's pocket without catching on anything. It's very smooth on the outside. I believe this is listed as "open box." I found the unit to be as close to "new" as one could imagine. For my use as a backup phone and one I carry around for emergencies, this is what I need.
