The item came dirty with tea or coffee marks which came off with magic eraser so I’m upset that the seller could not be bothered to do that before sending it. Sending dirty items is extremely distasteful and disgusting. Further, the shipping cost was excessive given the distance/time it took to receive the item. For that cost it should have arrived within a week of ordering. Quite disappointed with my experience. The only positive was that once cleaned it looked to be in fairly good condition.

Sorry you felt that your experience with my item was so disappointing. This pot came out of an estate sale and had not been used in years. I actually did clean it before shipping with a magic eraser and soapy water. In regards to shipping, you paid $8 which is a very reasonable shipping cost determined by the weight of the item and the shipping company- this is all based off of your zip code. I cannot control how long items take to be received, I shipped it promptly.
