I've used the last model BackBeat headphones for several years and am pleased to have some new ones to accompany me on my workouts. I'd been through a wide range of different options before, but despite what they all said, they'd eventually fail due to sweat or water exposure. Or they'd be far more expensive with inferior sound (go figure). The BackBeats fit well, stay put while running, and sound great. Highly recommended

Bought this despite seeing mixed reviews, unfortunately I can confirm most everything I've read. The pros: - Well built - Bluetooth connectivity is good - Audio quality is good (but volume isn't, see below) - Indications given by speech (for volume, battery level, pairing etc) are great (but are useless in noisy environments, see below) The cons: Audio: - No "immersive" audio, by design. They're designed so that there is no audio seal and you get a lot of environment noise. The only upside to this is that you can talk to people without taking these off. - Audio volume is limited so that this can't be compensated for. - Worst part is that the speech indication have a fixed and low volume! They don't increase in volume together with the other audio. The result is that I simply can't hear indications when I use them in a noisy place like a gym or outdoors. Without indications anything other than listening to an already connected device is near impossible (e.g. checking battery or (re)pairing bluetooth). Fit: - The fit is horrible. No matter how much I try to adjust them in my ears, they always seem to pop back out a bit, enough to degrade audio volume and make wearing them inconvenient. - I seriously can't wear them for more than an hour as the pressure in the ear results in mild pain Despite everything I still use them within their limits. Audio is ALWAYS pumped up to max, and I use them in short sessions. But I would never buy this again.Read full review

Love the product. Have used everything from the VERY expensive to low cost Bluetooth headsets. This is a GREAT value for a overall awesome product. The only downside is the volume is a bit low. Love it

I decided to upgrade my headphones I use for running due to the cheaper ones only lasting an hour or two maximum. These were the perfect replacement. They have not run out of batteries. Although after using them about 20 times they have cut out on me twice for unknown reasons. Reconnecting means I would have to end my run session that was being recorded. This is why I give them 4 or of 5 stars.

If you need to hear your environment and want some so-lightweight-you-forget-you’re-wearing-them bluetooth cans, grab these. The sound is ok (not much bass) but the convenience and comfort and weatherproofness means I’m wearing them half the time I’m awake these days. You can hear everything around you so you can just leave ‘em in all day :D
