Pretty strange transaction, firstly arriving 11 days late past the estimated delivery window (due on 11th April, arrived on 22nd April), then with underpaid postage (£1.50 was however refunded to me for this), but also the seller bizarrely deciding to discard the slipcase for the DVD before posting without telling me, despite it being pictured on the listing. I could have bought it elsewhere with the slipcase if I had known the seller was going to take it upon themselves to do this.

i did my absolute best to help and make up for my error.i refunded u and even offered u a 25% discount on any of my other items for your trouble!
i didn't think a slipcase was a big issue.i think it's shameful that u left negative f/b over a £2 dvd when i went out of my way to try and make things right.
