Great product. Product was securely packaged. Shipping time was delayed, but I believe that this was more so due to the mail system rather than the buyer. I would buy through the seller again!

Took 5 days after I paid for the dress and the buyer put up tracking before the seller stated that the free shipping she offered was by "mistake" and that if I wanted the item I needed to pay for shipping or she would cancel for me. She did cancel it via my saying to cancel and refunded me. I'm disappointed she didn't want to own her mistake and send the item to keep a customer. Sadly I will not be returning to this seller.
