The phone I opened today was brand new and it runs well, however I paid more money because it was supposed to be a have 256gb not 128. I plan to contact the seller to see if he will make this right. The packaging was super sketchy as it was in USPS labeled bag and not a box. It was wrapped fairly well, just not the way I would do it personally. They have great reviews so I'm hoping to change this to a 5star experience.
