The watch was not the one described in the sale. The Case Back was not original and the watches Movement was replaced with a different one. The watch was supposed to be 21Jules and instead it was 17 Jules. The Rotating Bezel is not functioning as required. The Seller stated in communication that, a "New" watch would be sent, and I must "Cancel" the Return so he could "Send" me a new one. This has not happened. I will open a complaint with ebay.
