The custom package was nicely done, but tracking was unreliable. The delivery date kept changing. I was expecting to receive a small INC quilted crossbody like I already had. The size "Small" in the item description was misleading. There were no actual dimensions listed and the purse was much larger than "small". The purse was in very good condition, but I had no use for a purse that big. Since it is not returnable, I am out $78 for a purse I won't use.
