Excellent workout DVD, does exactly what it says "body blitz fat loss", it really does work! and its not time consuming, its a quick fun solution to getting much needed exercise at home. Great DVD for a complete beginner but be prepared to get addicted to it!!!! DVD is of Hannah Waterman and 2 other guys working out through the sessions. In the beginning you follow one guy who is doing the beginner sets and progress up to Hannah's level. It comprises small sessions that are easy but very effective at burning fat and mostly enjoyable and standing up. The floor work is also enjoyable and good for a beginner. I especially love the boxing! Comes from Hannah who used research undertaken at Loughborough University to prove that interval training is better at burning the fat as it keeps on burning after you have finished the sessions. You need trainers, rubber mat or carpet for floor work, small hand weight for floor work. Bottle of water & towel as you will sweat. Not much room needed to to it either so thats a real bonus. Have aready got Vicky Binns & Charlie Brooks' DVDs, but wanted another one for variety. Good workout that really makes you sweat. I think there may be some truth in the claims that this type of interval training helps you lose wait quicker than conventional workouts, as my weight is going down, even though I don't always stick to my diet. Give it a go!

Very good work out, not for the feint hearted, Once you get into it and used to the sections, you can adapt your workout to 20 - 100 mins in 20 mins intervals. Great all over workout.
This is my favourite exercise DVD, even though I have only recently added it to my collection. Why so? Because, first and foremost, it is really about exercise and not about showcasing the celebrity who fronts it. Hannah Waterman does a great job by briefly introducing the exercise plan, demonstrating the moves and keeping a back seat thereafter. She is truly enthusiastic about her exercise regime and her excitement is contagious. None of that 'look at me!' stuff we get all too often from other actors/actresses doing exercise DVDs. Secondly the exercise itself is very well done. Broken into five 20-minute sections it has one interval training aerobics session and four toning sessions, each dedicated to a particular area of the body. You can do one section a day or all of them together if you are fit enough for that. So you can pace yourself and create your own combinations. Finally, the exercise is fun and relatively easy to do. You don't have to perform sommersaults in the air or stand on your head. The video production is professional and clear, so you get to see all movements and hear all instructions, unhampered by loud music or awkward camera angles. Full marks!
