The buyer's comment translated into English is "box in bad condition". The package was slightly distressed during shipping. The buyer never asked for a discount, refund or replacement. I tried explaining to the buyer the carrier mishandled the shipment and I was willing to do whatever I could to make it right. They were upset because they were using us to dropship this item, which is against the eBay Terms of Service. They didn't seem to care it was not our fault and gave us no chance to fix it.
