    The ink cartridge is show in it's original packaging and shown as new but when it is delivered, it is not in the original box. It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.
