I researched and purchased many Bluetooth ear pieces before I found this one. It is by far the best in my opinion. Many features. Simple to use. Sound is good on both ends. I ordered two so I could cover my full work day and both have voice quality problems for the listener on the other end of the call. I used both and the listener could barely hear me speaking even when I raised my voice. I am not sure why, since I had good luck with previous versions of Plantronics Voyager. They were a complete waste of money.
