These arrived beautifully packed in a box not a plastic bag (which would have been acceptable because shoes don't suffer breakage. The sellers description was very honest about a little mark on the toe. It was hardly anything so you can trust this sellers descriptions. I rated this 4 stars on shipping because even if sellers roll shipping into the cost of an item buyers do like "free shipping" if they can get it. If all items on Ebay were this nice buyers would be in heaven! :) 6 stars !
