I will give them a positive review just because they accepted a return, but the wheel pictures shown in the listing were not the same condition the wheel came in, he says he just trying to feed hiis family, well if that is true he could have sent me a better wheel, so now both of lost the sale. We also have familys to feed.

We called customer immediately after they messaged us with an issue. Customer sent us pictures of the exact wheel that was in the ad and said we sent him the wrong one. We still offered every solution possible and apologized, customer decided to return for a full refund. Unfortunately it is a used part and people make mistakes its not a perfect world. We had no issues taking our wheel back and issuing a full refund and relisting.
