I reached out to the seller to let him know that the book I received was damaged and it was packed poorly. He responded timely, but did not offer a solution. I told him that I would be willing to keep the book as long as he came up with a solution that benefited both parties. He did not. In fact, he deferred the issue back to me, stating that I only paid $6 for the book and others are paying for more. In my mind, he totally missed the point. The book arrived damage and it was on him…period.

My listing and buyer picture of item were an exact match.The book was not damaged in transit. It was in the same condition as pictured in my listing which shows a corner ding. He threatened me with bad feedback if the did not get a refund He only paid $6 for a book that sells for $50. Did he want me to give it to him for free? How much of a refund did he want? He didn't say what he wanted he just dropped a negative feedback on me without telling me what he wanted.
