Solid product AND affordable
The base is really sturdy, clamps get plenty tight so no drooping happens over time; holding up a yeti. If the base is oriented a certain way you might get tipping issues, but after rotating the base and tinkering with the adjustable arm it’s not an issue. I’d give it more like a 9/10

Crappy desk mic stand.
While the stand is made out of fairly good materials, the base is not heavy enough to keep the stand upright with a heavier mic on it. Also, the basic connectors are not standard connectors, so you could not say use the boom with a different mic stand. Not very good planning went into making this.

Desk top mic stand w/boom
It's built fine, looks great and serves the purpose. I figured it may be challenged with a heavier mic, so I got a 5lb weight and secured it to the bottom with simple museum wax. Now my big mics are steady and no worries about tipping over. And it looks really good too.
