Good experience and satisfaction of my buyers is my main goal! I guess you haven't noticed that the shipping service from my country to UK that you paid for takes 7 - 13 working days. The delivery was finalized on 10th working day, which is a pretty good time for an overseas shipment. The tax you paid is called VAT and is collected by the UK Inland Revenue and will probably come back to you again in the form of a social, medical service or some other public good, so it really is a good deal ;)
