    Good recipes

    Good cookbook for kids. Easy to follow instructions. All the recipes are vegetarian, except for a few that have shrimp. My kids enjoy making and eating the dishes.

This book travels through the four seasons, each with a marvelous feast of course! From the Spingtide Sunfeast and Summer Orchard Picnic Tea, to the Autumn Harvest Homefeast and the most looked forward to, Abbey Wintersnow Ball! Featuring such recipes as: Hare's Pawspring Vegetable Soup, Abbot's Special Abbey Trifle, Honeybaked Apples, Summer Strawberry Fizz, Mole's Faveorite Deeper'nEver Turnip'n'Tater'n'Beetroot Pie, Loamhedge Legacy Nutbread, & Rubbadeedubb Pudd.     A must-have if you love the Redwall books

    I bought this for my husband and me since we enjoy the Redwall stories. The food served at the feasts always sounded so interesting, and we often wondered what it would taste like. The Redwall cookbook has recipes for things like October ale and honeybaked apples (yum!!), and also little stories and illustrations with each section. Definitely worth checking out if you are a fan of the books.
