They were quick to answer the phone and agreed to send me a replacement power cord. It was wonderful service. Kudos to Lyka and Melinda! They were wonderful. Pool vacuum looked great out of the box and is in excellent condition and was fully charged out of box. I tested it and its worked great so far.

It does a really good job of picking up sand and other small particles. I did test the wall mode to see how it would do and it had no issues cleaning right up to the lip of the pool. Time will tell if a refurbished unit is the way to go, but it looked brand new when I unpacked it. I would recommend this product as it also comes with a 2 year warranty through Allstate.

Aiper had to my house in 2 days. They have given a 2 year warranty on the cleaner as well. So far itโs working great.
