    Very stylish Seiko Diver that looks a lot like a Submariner. It is also amazingly accurate for a mechanical watch. I put it on when I got it about 2 weeks and it is still right on the minute. 'Made in Japan' is important when buying Seiko!

    Great value, great watch

    Reliable Sports 5 Seiko automatic. A stylish and comfortable precision instrument. The fact it says "made in Japan" is a nice extra touch for watch lovers...outside Japan...;-) I have three Seiko 5 watches, and they all perform very well. Very clear and easy to read. Hands light up up spectacularly in the dark after even a short exposure to light. Works very well with black or khaki Nato replacement strap, but original metal bracelet is fine too. Totally recommended.

    The mid-size Seiko Sports5 sub

    This version of the Seiko Sports5 sub is my favourite as a daily beater watch. The big factor to look for in these watches is the Japanese assembled watch over those made elsewhere in Asia. Identifying the Japanese version over Thai, Philippine, or Korean assembled watches makes a difference. The Japanese watches have a J in their product code (ie SNZF17JC) and seem to be made to a higher standard. This watch is great stock out of the box once fitted to your wrist. Picking up a couple of NATO straps or a good leather or rubber strap to go with it really elevates the watch wearability and really emphasise how good value this watch is. This watch is tremendous value. The only real downside is the quality of the bracelet that it comes with and that’s the reason I gave it four stars. But ...

    If you want to wear jewelry on your wrist, wear a Rolex. If you want to know what time it is, wear a Seiko. I love this watch, and with my huge wrists, even I did not need extra links. I would definitely buy this again..........
