Wow! Excellent seller. There was a hiccup on my end because of my mail lady. She returned the package because she thought that was not my mailbox. Seller had excellent communication and we got thorough it. He reshipped the package and went above and beyond! Item was exactly as described and packaging was extremely good! Absolutely awful experience!! The item was packed in a box with the same dimensions with the item itself!! It arrived absolutely destroyed, good only for garbage bin! When the seller was contacted the response have been absolutely inadmissible, without at least of an excuse or a regret!! After many discutions I got an partial refund, but not the full refund as it was decent, normal and fair! Stay away, and seller!!

Fed Ex mis-handled this order.
The buyer actually "gained," as the tape deck in spite of some additional damage (listed @ 10 cents starting bid as a parts deck) there are plenty of solid useable parts including the pinch roller, knobs, faceplate, wood laterals, & capstan sleeve and nut-to change speed on this Akai GX4000D. The buyer received a full refund, as eBay refunds the shipping surcharge on international orders!!

Even though it was listed as Vol 1 & 2, I received Vol 3 & 4. (Pictures were correct, Vol 3 & 4) Honest mistake on sellers listing and buyer not reviewing pictures. The seller was very good at communicating with me. I was in the market for both tapes. Unfortunately the seller didn't have a Volume 1 & 2 immediately available and did offer to accept a return at their expense. I declined because I'm still happy with Vol 3 & 4. I still give 5 stars because no matter who we are, we all make mistakes.
