Because I knew the artist in Oregon and this sketch is my favorite one of hers, I was happy to have it especially since she has recently died. Her spirit is in her art, so having moved away I can have her near me again! (I have two plates of hers and cannot get any more of her cards for some reason? Thank you for asking for input!

    performs well after proper set up.

    The product works fine after it was set up but the major problem that existed is when you set up the modem you have to enter a security password. The seller of the modem did not know that I needed one. I finally got ahold of a time warner cable tech support guy who was able to help me. If you buy one on ebay make sure the seller can give you the security code because arris will not be able to help you and some of time warner tech support people do not know how to help you.

    Nice product, great price, just wouldn't connect to my services

    Unfortunately, it will not work, I couldn't get it to connect to my services. I like the appearance of the product and I loved the price, it just wouldn't work even after contacting the manufacturer, Even after I was told they no longer support this model they still tried to assist me. unfortunate.Nice product
