Great price and great chair. Very pleased with item.
However, it's a miracle the chair wasn't destroyed after seeing how crushed the box was (although this is *in no way* the fault of the seller). Never got a call from CTI (shipping company) that they were delivering/had delivered. Chair was simply "there" when I got home. The chair *appears* to be intact. I'll have to inspect in better light. Again, not the seller's fault but they should confer with CTI about how deliveries are (mis)handled.
