The buyer only needs to mount this wide-angle web cam on top of the TV, plug it in to the HDMI port, and connect it to the wireless home network, or wired system via an Ethernet link. The product was not as described. The product was advertised as brand new, sealed in the box. The box had been cut and opened along the seal at the bottom, and the Item was completely missing.
