Billy Ray Cyrus does a admirable job of pulling off a Cowboy physician from Montana thrust into the Big Sewer, NYC. He quickly finds out that the good ole boy persona isn't of much help among the peculiar cut-throat work environment even in a medical practice. Overall the show is well done, serves a true purpose of moral and spiritual message. It was good but honestly not my cup of tea.
