Great way to keep your pet hydrated! Once you set it up properly you don't have to worry about it again until it needs more water or it needs to be cleaned which isn't often. Keep the right amount of water in it and it will run quietly and your pet will love having fresh running water anytime they want a drink, thus drink more and stay hydrated which is so important to their health. Also, I found that because of the design they don't make a mess on the floor with the water bowl.

At first my cats were a bit scared of the product. It made a humming noise which sometimes gets a bit loud and then at other times goes away. One cat is not happy when I unplug it for the night and flips the back top off. That should be more secured to the frame. I have four cats and two of them drink from it. Pretty good percentage so I give it an average rating overall. I do like the spout in the middle so water doesn't splatter anywhere. Both cats who like it tried as kittens to drink from the faucet so it works great for cats who prefer flowing water to a bowl.

Fountain itself works well.. water runs great but the only thing i am not happy with is the motor vibrates a bit loud.. even placed fountain on a towel and its still has times when the vibration is really loud

My two very curious cats who fear nothing we're very disturbed by the constant noise made by this fountain. I placed it by their food bowls where their dish of water sat and not only would they not drink from it, they wouldn't eat near it. This was no soothing running water sound but rather a harsh vibrating mechanical sound. Back to the toilet tank and faucets for them!
