Update: Seller was very responsive and concerned about the lining issue. Very service-oriented and took pride in their shop.
Arrived on time and well packaged, with tag reading 100% wool made in Czechoslovakia. The lining was a small circle of fabric hot-glued to just the bottom center of the cap and came off almost immediately with wear.
