Good communication, fast shipping, inadequate packaging (simple envelope without bubble wrap or similar). One catalog was broken. As a collector I am disappointed and would have liked more care. This is not about money. I would have liked to have received a flawless item. Perhaps we can learn from this. Thanks anyway. I was able to add a few missing catalogs to my collection and received a free price list. That compensates somewhat for the unpleasant circumstances.
