As a previous review states: Bad Attitude & I agree. Actively try to be rude and start arguments. Item arrived broken, it was like negotiating with a middle schooler to get a refund. Once the refund was initiated they just couldn’t help themselves & sent a follow up snarky comment. It’s comical but save yourself the time and just buy from someone else that doesn’t look for a fight around every corner. The only think that kept this neutral not neg is between the sassy comments I did get refund
