I never saw the fact that she said the product was not able to be returned. I sent her message after message in fact, five messages, and she never answered back on any of them. The pictures I took the one on the right is what she sent to me. The one on the left is the one that came out of the chair. She wouldn’t answer how long it was. She wouldn’t answer if it had the front on the motor for the pin I took a chance cost me $60 to find out buyer beware this seller is dishonest
