    Easier mornings!

    This night owl has found that the wakeup light's sunrise and sunset features really improve the quality of transitions into and out of sleeping. I love it! My only complaints are that it's round shape makes it easy to knock over, it's hard to read the buttons, and the functions of various buttons isn't the most intuitive. It's a pretty great alarm clock, though, overall.

    cool with caveats

    Performs well - I highly recommend a circadian clock to everyone just for good health. You wake up gently without the nerve jangling adrenaline jolt from a regular alarm. The increasing light subtly penetrates your eyelids as you sleep and your body wakes up as if exposed to sunrise. My only disappointment is I find it awkward to operate. The touch controls on the front are low on the face and require a learning curve as the directions are vague. The manual buttons are located along the top radius for the settings of light, sound, radio, etc. They can't be seen except from above and fumbling around for them rolls the unit around because it is very lightweight and tippy; you'll want to glue it to the nightstand. But I am getting used to it and not so annoyed now. That said, it is a cool ...

    Works great

    Got this one for my son after getting one for myself first. My son is 14 and getting him out of bed in the morning is such hard work. Well, no more dragging him out of bed! This alarm gets him up and going. He is now the first one at the breakfast table. If I could afford to get one for my other 2 children I would!!!! It's easy to set also.
