    It is OEM ink so should be best quality. Condition was fair, the ink was shipped in a padded envelope, and showed crush damage to the retail box on opening, but the ink inside the box is in a vacuum sealed foil, so I do not know, but it should be fine. I prefer that the seller use some type of box for shipping over an envelope. The price was competitive and less than buying from HP directly.
