    My product and refurbished condition was as described. Came in an original box with all the extra parts. No complaints. Had major problems with FedEx though. Took them 3 attempts. 2nd time I waited at door 5 hours they never came. Yet I received an email saying they had missed me. I was pissed. I much prefer USPS. They come everyday. The route person knows the excentricities of every building. Other services do not. And it takes the same amount of transit time.

    Look people it is about time for you to stand up and take notice that there are alternative smartphones to purchasing that won't break the bank and have all the latest technology to compete with the big boys.     NO VOICEMAIL icon available on these phones

    This phone has the same model number as my old Verizon one, but it does NOT have the VOICEMAIL icon available. You have to call Verizon voicemail each and everytime you want to check,, and then enter a password, then listen and either write it down as you are listening, or hope you can relisten at the end of all the messages!!! There is NO ICON that tells you that you have voice messages waiting.... I checked with my Verizon shop and they said that Motorola sold a bunch of these to Best Buy stores, and they were cheaper because of this. Now I am back trying to find the correct phone, because I have to have voicemail quick icon!!! All help appreciated!!!

    Great phone if you buy it right

    This is a great 5G phone if you buy it at the right price ($240 or less). Verizon is charging over $500 and it is not nearly as good a buy from them. If you live in an area well covered by 5G, you will get high download speeds when outside (5G does not penetrate into buildings well). Display is very nice, battery seems to last more than a day (although I charge it every night). I purposely upgraded from a Moto 3 to get the larger screen size, and with that comes more weight (especially if you add a hefty screen protector). This is a factor I am willing to accept for the larger display. Overall, it's a winner.

    Excellent condition, but open box item, not new.

    It was in great condition, but it was listed as new when was at least an open box item as it already had a 5G SIM card installed in the phone's SIM card slot.
