It Works!! Installed in windows 10 Dell Optiplex 3010.
Card works great in windows 10 PC. Windows loaded drivers automatically. Works great on older Dell optiplex 3010 that didn't have USB 3.0 ports. Would recommend.

Working with other kind of mother board like ASUS or ECS
It worked fine with other mother board such as ASUS, and ECS . Need to disable ON BOARD LAN in MB BIOS first. Just download driver from Dell web site and install it after you install the board. The speed is 50 MB/ sec when up/down load from an USB 3 enclosure hard drive. No need 5/12 Volt plug from MB. It is not the fast test but with 10 dollars this board is a good budget device for USB3 upgrade.It worked fine with other mother board such as ASUS, and ECS . Good little card for usb 3.0
This card does not require a power connector like many other usb 3.0 cards, this is a plus for me. It is powered from the pciex1 slot. It worked for me right out of the box. The card itself is low profile as well, even if it did not come with the low profile bracket.
