These are great shocks. But the seller failed to list that these are for a lifted application and not for stock height. Leaving almost no room for any suspension travel. So I had to install a front leveling kit to make these work. Now they do the job but I am concerned about going off-road/rough terrain as I could possibly bottom out the shock and ruin it.

We apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing, but the first line of the advertisements description says "Bilstein B8 5100 shock absorbers are designed as a direct fit solution for lifted trucks and SUV's"
We are not sure how you missed the first sentence in the product description, but we definitely advertise these properly. You just have to pay attention to the details.

The seller advertises 2-3 shipping on my order and it wasn’t even shipped out until the second day according to fedex tracking number. Seller just blamed FedEx which is the normal thing for a seller to do. Recieved my package and 1 of the quarts of oil opened during shipping and soaked the box as well obviously losing a very exspensive quart of oil. The packaging had no bubble wrap or anything just loose bottles so no suprise one of the quarts opened. Redline oil $15-$20 per quart.
