Received my bike on time as promised. It was delivered in one box, took me about 45 minutes to assemble it. So far I rode the bike for 15 minutes and it performed very well. To fully charge the battery took overnight. It comes with its own lock. Bike has enough power to go about 20 mph. I'm satisfied

I had bought a bike and a fed ex employee had stolen the bike right out of the box. I informed the seller of receiving an empty box with no bike. Instead of having eBay jumping in and haveing to go through a long process the seller quickly sent out another bike. I had received the bike in 2 days absolutely amazing customer service. This E-Bike has been truly an amazing purchase for me. It came exactly as described. It goes 24.5 MPH for me on a straight shot. I've had it going 36 MPH downhill. It's great for commuting back and forth to work or just cruising around on. It was suppose to come with a bike lock but it was missing when it arrived. I messaged the seller and they sent it to me right away. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.
