Seller canceled my first order saying it was a mistake. My second order was delivered with only 4 spark plugs instead of six. The plugs were shipped in a plastic bag and were rolling around loosely hitting each other. All this took a couple of weeks. Seller had me send the plugs back and did not resend 6 new ones. What a huge waste of time. Very incompetent seller.
