I won the auction. the buyer claimed the cardboard backing was damaged.I stated I still wanted the item. he again offered a refund due to damage, and I again said to send me the item.i won the item at a really good price and I think he did not want to send it to me. so, he twice tried to get me to accept a refund which I refused, suspecting he was not wanting to send it to me. a few days later I received an email stating that I was getting a refund. this guy is a crook .........

I DO NOT appreciate you calling me a crook for NOT sending you a damaged item!!! Even if you state you still want it, and I ship it, and you're not happy because it's not AS LISTED, I would be responsible. So no, I'm not a crook, I was not going to send you a damaged item!!!
