    Scarf has obvious weave flaws that were not disclosed in the listing. I sent photos to the seller, but she unbelievably & blatantly denied seeing those obvious flaws. I agreed to a partial credit to avoid repackaging the scarf & waiting in line at a big city post office for the return. I'll never wear this scarf & I regret agreeing to that partial credit. I'll never do that again. This type of thing is happening much too often these days on ebay w shameless sellers taking advantage of buyers.

    The buyer appeared to be new to online commerce and may not have been fully familiar with standard communication practices and resolution processes. Multiple options were offered to address their concern, and a credit was ultimately provided—which the buyer accepted. Despite this, they chose to leave negative feedback. No unfair advantage was taken at any point; this seems to have been an unfortunate misunderstanding from a buyer who wished to keep the item at no cost rather than utilize the ret
