Seller had their description inaccurate. Color wasn't the same as description. I'm understanding this could be a mistake but when asked for a return their response was dismissive and unhelpful. I was thankfully able to get an exchange through the company since it was new with tags. Not going to deal with this seller again unfortunately. Adding photos of sellers description stating it is True Navy and then the tags of the item I was sent as proof.

This item has wasted a multitude of hours myself and partner troubleshooting. I tried to return it because it is defective, but the return request was Declined. Device fails to connect 5ft away.
I have many Wyze products, this doorbell is defective. My partner is a practicing Electronics Engineer at a top company and spent 10hrs on it, and 2hrs on the phone with Wyze. Does not work!

Well, I know you don’t accept returns and I know you said you didn’t know much about region codes on dvds and blu rays. But unfortunately, this blu ray player turned out to be region A and 1 and was therefore region locked to only American discs and your stock photo didn’t match what the player looked like, nor did it show the side of the box with the region code in it. But either way, I will accept it, as I know it may be of some valuable use to me, for the time being. So thanks anyway.
