BUYER ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO RETURN THE ITEM. HE HAS A U.S. SHIPPING ADDRESS BUT CLAIMS HE LIVES IN MEXICO. HE THREATENED TO LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK UNLESS GIVEN A FULL REFUND WHILE HE KEEPS THE ITEM. HE REFUSED TO OFFER PROOF FROM THE "WORKSHOP" HE TOOK IT TO THAT THERE WAS EVEN AN PROBLEM. WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO ISSUE A REFUND ONCE THE ITEM IS RETURNED AS IS OUR STATED RETURN POLICY. THIS WAS A TESTED WORKING UNIT. PLEASE BE FAIR HERE AND OPEN A RETURN CLAIM, RETURN THE ITEM SO WE MAY ISSUE A REFUND.
