purchased the book “my feelings are like wild animals: how do I tame them?” I got it here because the price was $4.72. Condition is as described. The book was bent which likely occurred during shipping, because it was shipped unprotected, by itself. I wish it was shipped in protective cardboard or in a bubble wrap envelope (like other books from eBay.) Fortunately it’s easy to flatten out the bend by putting something heavy on top of the book. Therefore I’ll purchase from this seller again.

    Great textbook. Shipped quickly. Exactly as described.

    The same textbook as the $100-200 American one but at around 25% of the price. The only real difference is the pages are thinner and it is a soft cover. These are obviously nothing too bad if you take care of your books.

    Why would you pay $280 for this textbook?!

    This book is nearly the same as the american version. Since it uses SI units, some examples and problems are different, but the end result is the same: you learn heat transfer. And shouldn't we be using SI units anyway? Buy the international edition, find the pdf of the american text, look up the problems in the library, or from a friends book. You will save over $200!

    all in all I was satisfied with the book & price

    sooo.... not a hardcover... but for the price i wasn't really expecting a "real" book. The book is priced around 250ish brand new and I bought this version(SI units/international) for around 30-50 bucks. I got what I expected and everything but a little false advertising going on here. But hey, at least the book had colored pictures.
