Hello! This item is factor sealed from the manufacturer. We have no way of checking the content of the product. Reuzel was bought brand new from the distributor within the last 6 months. We have never had any problems with the Pomade. Emailed and called the customer twice with no response. Offered them 1 bigger size at no charge, and for them to return to check out with the Chemist. We did everything here to reach out to the customer with no respose. Thank you

The shampoo is not shampoo, there is not any type of foam -- it appears to be conditioner. i have other pureology products and this is not nano shampoo.
