I spent my who le retirement monthly benefit to purchase this Ewheel EW11 scooter to help my mobility as an handicapped person at 83 yrs old. Seller claimed he listed item as a local pick up item, and he could not find shipper. eBay charged me for price of item plus sale tax, shipping cost, a total of $1,612.75, but failed to keep their commitment. Until now, I still did not get this 3 wheel scooter. I just want to cancel this purchase and request a refund. Period.
