Finally arrived today as described and pictured.
Much of the delay in shipping maybe related to the use of demonetized postage that is in a devalued currency. Since I receive postal items from this area with less transit time I must call attention to the delay in packaging and mailing of the items as the postmark is two days later than what the seller documented to eBay. I have made the seller aware of this situation in previous communication about other items I have purchased from him.
