Great product with outstanding features and all at a great price point.
Great product. Works better than expected. Very fast target acquisition. Easy set up except for a bit of a tussle with battery cap reinstall, not bad though. A breeze to sight and absolutely no need to add additional hard sights for co witness. Very well constructed and not a bit of cheap anywhere. The 6 MOA is quite bright even at low settings and I might now have considered the 3 MOA. Be aware that the lowest setting is very bright in dark and night situations. I have this Venom Red Dot on a Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS.Great product. Works better than expected. Very fast target acquisition. It's pretty cool, definitely a new take for me using a red dot optic on a handgun. Went to the range a few days after install. Shot about 30 rounds, from various distance. It's very interesting. Didn't take me long to zero in. It's definitely different from a rifle to handgun for me. Install on the FN509 threaded barrel. But what i like the most with this particular set up. I can co witness with the gun sights.It's pretty cool, definitely a new take for me using a red dot optic on a handgun. Went to the range a few days after install. Great Sight for my Pistol!
Vortex Venom is light weight with low profile and fit perfect on my Ruger 22/45 Lite. I mounted it to the rear sight slot using a Farrowtech mount. It comes with the picatinnny mount if wanted. Easy to sight in and able to change the intensity of the dot for indoor to outdoor. Red dot is distinct and not blurry. I will need to shoot the gun more to see how well the sight stays zeroed.
