Luckily it was insured, but everything was as promised and would’ve been perfect. If the shipper didn’t screw it up it was double boxed and packaged. Well not the fault of the seller at all, so if you’re worried about purchasing things, don’t worry about from the seller because they’re very honest and standby there sales.

They weren’t packaged very well and I’m actually not surprised that they didn’t make it here in one piece. However…. When I complained with pretty much this exact description she immediately refunded me and told me to just keep them. Unfortunately Santa couldn’t be saved but it was really nice of her to let me go ahead and keep Mrs Claus. It was especially nice of her considering I think I hurt her feelings.
