Unfortunately the scooter arrived with a broken wire harness. I was able to send it back and get a refund, but communication with the seller took longer than it should have, both to get a return shipping label and confirm a refund. And not necessarily the seller's fault, but FedEx treated this package like a national security threat, making me drive to a remote warehouse to pick it up and schedule a pickup instead of letting me ship it back from a FedEx store.
