LOVE THIS BRAND!
Been using nutritional yeast for B vitamins since 1969, my chemistry professor gave it to me. Had no idea how it would change my life for the better. Can't digest those huge multi-vitamins. So this helps with nursing mothers, energy and wonderful boost of B complex vitamins. This is the best tasting brand I've ever found and I've used many over the years. I've used nutritional yeast before, including this brand, and liked it; so I assumed this would be good too. However, although this yeast has not expired it has a terrible, nasty, gagging taste. I simply cannot eat it. I gave a good review to the seller who has no control over the product.
